After gaining extensive experience at three non-profit organizations, Aly Sterling ’90 took a leap of faith; she started her own non-profit consulting firm, Aly Sterling Philanthropy. Her firm helps non-profits make an impact through fundraising, strategic planning and board governance, and assists for-profits by designing their corporate giving programs. Although she grew up with an extended family of entrepreneurs, the transition to owning a business did present challenges.
