- Assess. We’ll start by evaluating your organization’s current state and surveying various stakeholders to gather their perspectives on your nonprofit.
- Align. Next, our consultants will organize and lead a dynamic strategic planning retreat to help board and staff members reach a consensus on your nonprofit’s top priorities.
- Act. Lastly, we’ll summarize our findings and develop a cohesive action plan that outlines the goals, initiatives, key performance indicators and timelines associated with your priorities.
