At ASP, our mission is to improve communities and change lives by amplifying the work of our clients and partners. We do this in a couple of ways, most obviously through our paid consulting work with nonprofits. We believe that nonprofits are the backbone of society and contribute to our quality of life in significant ways. From recreation and the arts to health care and housing, nonprofits are tasked with providing the services that sustain and enrich every community. Therefore, everyone benefits when these organizations are plentiful, healthy and high functioning.

The second way we fulfill our mission is through intentional financial and volunteer support. As a firm and individuals, we commit time, talent and treasure to causes we believe in. Sometimes this means we’re serving on boards and offering our professional skills for free; other times we’re volunteering on the frontlines and working as cogs in the wheel of the greater good.

To encourage this work, ASP provides an annual corporate match for individuals’ donations and unlimited paid volunteer hours.

• Lifting up the clients we serve outside of our scope of service (charitable dollars, pro bono hours).
• Supporting local, grassroots nonprofits – homegrown missions positively affecting our community.
• Equity for women-led or women-focused nonprofits.
