This post was written on Monday, before election day, because we believed – and still do two days later – that what matters most is not who is president or how our loved ones voted.

What matters is how we choose to act and what we choose to give our attention to.

As consultants to the nonprofit sector, we have the good fortune of working alongside many wonderful human beings and being immersed in amazing missions that are changing lives.

We see the good that you do every day. We see you choose to show up and persist in the face of terrible odds. Like you, we’ve chosen to work in this business because we believe that love and hope and faith have the power to change the world.
