ProMedica seeks a motivational leader for its philanthropy team in Adrian and Tecumseh, Michigan. The executive director, with the help of the core philanthropy team, will help oversee foundation activity for ProMedica Bixby Hospital and the Herrick Hospital Foundation.

Activities include working with foundation board members, cultivating and stewarding donors, facilitating annual fund activity, and overseeing philanthropy events on behalf of each hospital. The executive director will assist our major gift officers in their development strategies for each location.

ProMedica desires candidates with three to five years of experience in fundraising and/or a strong background in sales and marketing.

Employment Details

EDUCATION:

In addition to the skill and experience requirements listed in the position narrative, a bachelor’s degree is required for the position.

COMPENSATION:

Salary is dependent on experience, qualifications and credentials.
