Connect with Heather Gallant
Heather Gallant is a successful nonprofit leader with expertise in founder-leader transitions, strategic problem-solving during times of uncertainty and organizational change processes.
Before joining Aly Sterling Philanthropy, Heather held the positions of interim executive director of a grassroots nonprofit, assistant director of external relations at the Bowling Green State University Alumni Association and assistant director of communications and outreach at Open Circle at Wellesley College (MA). She also served as an AmeriCorps VISTA, where she built a comprehensive sustainable community service program at BGSU from scratch, connecting more than 100 nonprofit organizations’ community service opportunities with about 530 altruistic students.
Heather graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Bowling Green State University with a bachelor’s degree in political science. She is currently involved with the American Model United Nations International based in Chicago and serves on the board of the Buddhist Temple of Toledo.
